1st visit to SHS today. Good choice of appointments available at short notice.  Nice clean, tidy premises and treatment room. Excellent treatment by Jack - very relatable to sport. Gave a clear diagnosis and good explanation of the cause of injury plus easy remedial exercises to be done until next appointment.  Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been suffering with arm/shoulder pain for over a year - tried the Doctors, physio etc, but only got worse over time.  After 1 session with Jack I’m pretty much pain free - unbelievable - really wasn’t expecting too much, but honestly haven’t felt as good,  Can’t thank or recommend Jack enough

I'd had a problem with shoulder pain for a couple of weeks, saw Gareth and he was able to identify where the pain was coming from. After just one session the pain had gone and the problem hasn't re-occurred since. Highly recommend Swansea Health Solutions and will definitely use them again.

My son 13 has been suffering on and off with shoulder pain for approximately 3 months. Essentially muscle and joint pain, from playing rugby. We opted to seek professional advice, contacted swansea health solutions. Extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. Arranged an appointment. I can say from from start to finish extreamly professional, thorough and friendly.  Liams shoulder felt more comfortable even after the first treatment. Liam actually left taller, from manipulation of muscles and joints.  Helpful excersizes for Liam to practice in between treatments.  Excellent work, very competitive pricing.  And worth every penny.  Would definitely recommend for any ache pain or niggle.

struggled for over a year with tennis elbow  I struggled for over a year with tennis elbow. A few sessions with Gareth and was gone and hopefully his work recommendations and exercises will ensure it never comes back.  Couldn't be more professional and welcoming. Just wish I'd gone a year ago!!

Warm welcome at a clean and modern reception. The consultation was professional and friendly, with all covid precautions observed. Gareth identified the problem, and has given me an exercise regime to follow. I will certainly be returning.

I have severe arthritis in my knee and was desperate to get some pain relief. Gareth was absolutely brilliant and talked me through all my options. Having had an issue with my chest for a long time, and my GP unable to really help or diagnose, I made an appointment with Gareth and was thoroughly looked after. Great facilities, and he identified the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend these guys!

I have been to Swansea Health Solutions in Gowerton for a couple of niggles over the recent year, once for chronic lower back pain and more recently for neck/shoulder pain. I had the pleasure seeing Gareth who made me feel at ease and reassured me that I could continue swimming, with a few adjustments, which was a real relief. Having had a thorough examination and only a few treatments both have been resolved. I would like to thank Gareth and his team for their support this year. Highly recommended.
