Absolutely great dry cleaners, fast turnaround and Imran is really friendly, would definitely recommend.
I was going to throw my suit away because it was filthy and falling apart from 2 years in storage. It came out of Swans looking brand new! They did it in 48 hours, as I desperately needed it for a meeting, and the price was incredibly reasonable. Highly, highly recommended.
Everything was good when we gave out clothes.. we specifically asked to retain the bags we gave clothes in we initially wanted to take the bags home but they asked us to leave them behind… we asked them to return the bags. We paid and left. When we came back to collect, they had lost the bag and stated that we were lying … to quote him “I’ve been working 11 hrs and don’t eff with my day”… I asked for him to check the security tapes as we initially tried leaving with the bags and he asked us to leave them behind. To top things off the very rude person threatened to call police for not paying. He didn’t even both checking - we had paid when we gave the clothes.

So useful and kind! I needed help with cleaning my wedding dress after marriage, I got married in the city on a fairly rainy day so you can imagine the stains at the bottom of the long skirt. Other dry cleaners honestly refused the job because they were not sure they would have made it, while Swans took it, and now my dress looks as it did before the big day. They also gave me a clean bag for it. Would go back :
Have been a customer at Swiss Cottage branch for years and always had excellent service and good value. Imran goes the extra mile to ensure that my garments have had the best possible treatment. And he is always a pleasure to talk to.

Fantastic cleaners - quick service, good prices. What really makes this place special though is Imran, the manager. He is calm, pleasant, enjoyable to spearhead with, and super focused on the highest quality of customer service. He advises on the best way to avoid problems before cleaning and the best way to clean garments after problems have occurred. He’ll even save you money as when he recommends paying with Amex when they offer periodic discounts. His kind of service is priceless in this day and age, and I’m sure leads to much new and repeat business from customers.
Lovely guy called Imran always nice when I go there always looks after my clothes and gets my stains out. I recommend him highly.
