Travelled 1 hour to use Connoisseurs as I’d been impressed by all the reviews. I have a crinkle Stone Island puffer coat and though, the down was kept in good condition and the colour was protected, the marks that I’d pointed out didn’t come out which I noticed on collection. They cleaned it again for me but again on collection I noticed marks were left on the arms, before I could even ask if I was able to pay for another clean I was told firmly that they would not clean it again. I was really hoping to have found a good dry cleaners for my down coats but I will not go back and I would absolutely not recommend!Service: Dry cleaning
Got my Burberry trench coat professionally cleaned and returned to me via the post by Connoisseurs. Cannot thank the team enough, my initial free packaging to send to them took 5 days to arrive and the team were very helpful with all my queries and concerns. They informed me throughout the process from start to finish and completed the cleaning which was immaculate earlier than anticipated.
