As another reviewer noted, this business information is not correct. There is no physical storefront, so I drove to the business’ listed address only to discover it no longer exists there. When I called, I was informed that the minimum piece quantity they will take is 5 items, meaning that since I only had one item I wanted dry cleaned they would not take it. This is also nowhere listed on the business information. Overall, while I can’t speak for the quality of their service, I can say that this initial interaction left a bad impression as I wasted my time.
New customer here - reached out for a lined wool coat alteration sleeve shortening. Mike was very accommodating with my last minute request and came over to my place to measure me as he picked up my coat and dropped it off in a timely manner. Quality alteration and exceptional service. Mike is professional and reliable, such a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend! I've been a customer for a few years now, and I've never had a problem. The guy is so sweet, And they do such a great job for a reasonable price.
