Took my van in for its yearly service, Liam on the front desk is calm and helpful, advised of 2 recalls, which were added to the service, talks me into having an engine flush and van wash ( deluxe) which turned out to be not so deluxe, think of a teenage lad being told to clean his room....it's That sort of deluxe. I also had a problem with a nut shearing off the driver's door hinge, and asked them to look at that and hopefully remedy it, this wasn't even looked at, I had to bring it up again once collecting the van, so Liam took a couple of pictures and said he would send them to his boss to see what s/he had to say about it and would be back in touch with me. Not impressed with that as it's still under warranty and only 1 bolt holding the driver's door on and as I work as a courier the door is opened and closed about 100 times a day so I Need this sorted sooner rather than later. Prices are slightly higher than an independent, but not overly so, especially as they do a full check of everything for you ( benefits them too if you have any extra work done) I needed 4 new tyres, which I priced with a mobile mechanic at 180 less, and brake pads I've also booked with an independent at 60 less.

So far ok I've got an on going alarm problem with a Renault Kadjar under warranty and a couple of other problems , they are investigating the problem and looking into this ??? They do seem a little slow and non responsive but said they will sort it? Il leave a follow up review later on the out come time scale ect.

Avoid this dealership! Save your money and go elsewhere. Sold a damaged car in August I finally got my refund after demanding this. Unprofessional, rude and arrogant team of sales men especially two managers called Kulwant Jutla and Gary Abley - both have no knowlege of treating customers with respect. Excellent Customer Service should be a priority of any bussiness, Sutton Park Tamworth have none. No compensation was given towards me for the inconvenience caused. What really stood out was - up on getting a refund for my damaged car the so called ("Sales Manager" Kulwant Jutla ) stated several inappropriate comments about his own company staff that just shows how terrible the company ethos is. Overall, I would suggest save your money and go to a proper Citroen dealership where customers are treated with respect.
