No stars at all here, many problems both with the car which John has promised to rectify, still trying after a month, and also a key that has not been returned. He has given a loaner, at first a KA, then his ultra thirsty Saab. Most unhappy, and I'm now trying to get a refund as this is, in my opinion and the garage too, "not fit for the purpose for which it was sold" b (Sale of Goods act), but he is not prepared to move on that.
