I knew nothing about tow bars. Called in and they explained everything in very simple terms. Arranged a date and they fitted it explaining how it worked a few times, very clear and easy. Couldn't fault this local business, they are really engaged and easy to deal with. Great place and highly recommended

Won an item from Litchfield Trailer Centre in an online auction. I was the only bidder and therefore the bidding ended at the minimum starting bid which they had set. They then refused to complete the sale, hiding instead behind a succession of lies. If you prefer dealing with honest people then go elsewhere.

Superb old school customer service, have dealt with them for years and I am always super impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Fixing a problem today in 30 mins that the main dealer couldn't even in 5 hours. Cant recommend them highly enough.
