Avoid this garage do not use them run by rude, disorganised and unprofessional bunch of amateurs. Their jugement cannot be trusted. Drove accident damaged vehicle ten miles to their garage instead of towing on a truck. Told me they will return my vehicle back to me then change their mind tell me I should come and pick it up. I told the garge I was coming to pick up the vehicle I called them before I set off I wasted 2 hours 20 miles only to be told vehicle is undrivable and the storage is locked - they could have told me this over the phone.

Rude Staff, No internal organisation, don't seem to understand basic logic.

My insurance company sent my details over to this garage to handle the repairs proceeding an accident.
They claimed my car was in a drive-able condition, despite it being noted with my insurance company that there was damage to the steering; resulting in my wheels pointing left when my steering wheel was straight.

My insurance company had requested that my car was to be collected as due to the details I'd provided it was unfit to drive.

However once talking on the phone to the rude members of staff (Racheal & Julie) they claimed they had only be asked to estimate a cost to repair and wouldn't collect the car, wanting me to magically teleport the undrive-able car from my house, to their premises in order to estimate the costs to repair the vehicle.

Naturally went with a different garage after speaking to my very helpful polite insurance provider who arranged for my car to be collected at a later date.

Poor level of communication and service. I was told I'd receive a morning call for a quotation for repair and it was gone 1pm before anybody turned up. My "minor cosmetic" repair then took nearly 2 weeks to repair and i had to chase up the details without receiving any communication as to how long my car would be from the staff.

I left my dashcam in my car and watched as the driver 'gapped' traffic so he could race my car on the straights (He was going nearly 50mph on a 30mph main road near a hospital) plus he took 'the long way round' to get to my home.

I could hear my car being driven hard as I was outside clearing out my courtesy car at the time - the garage is only down the road from me.

I've actually shown this footage to Sutton Car Repairs.

The response I received was "He was only taking it up to 3,000rpm and we've told him not to do it again" - 3,000rpm? In a 3.0Litre, Straight-Six, Twin Turbo with a Dual Clutch Transmission (which would shifts automatically under normal driving at 2,000rpm) with 300bhp is not going to be 'Sunday driving'.

Upon inspection, I saw that my car had not been repaired fully so I had to send it back again - I told them to not deliver my car as I couldn't trust their drivers.

To replace my turbos it costs around £4,500, to replace my rear tyres is another £230 each.

Overall, I would say avoid this company as I, like many other drivers, cherish their cars and do not expect them to be abused.
