PJ Rhodes were assigned to me when I had my car door damaged in an accident. I heard from them straight away to say they would be in charge of the repair. Had to wait around 3 weeks due to it being a busy part of the year, but that was only to be expected. They came and took my car away from my house and delivered me an excellent courtesy car. The repair took a week and the job they performed was outstanding. My car was also given a valet and I received a complimentary tin of sweets. The staff were all excellent and I’d like to thank them all for a professional service. Used this company through our insurance. The receptionist Kelly was lovely and our driver that took and dropped our car back off was very friendly! Kept us informed about what was happening with our car. Our car looks amazing! Cleaned all the inside for us and left us a box of sweets too! Excellent service!!

Thank you P J Rhodes for your excellent service! On instruction from my insurance company you contacted me promptly and explained when you would collect my car and leave a courtesy car. Curtis arrived at my home with a really nice courtesy car. He was very polite and friendly and he kindly helped me fit two child seats into the courtesy car as I was collecting my grandchildren from school that afternoon. Curtis gave me first class service with a smile! Curtis also advised me on the controls of the courtesy car. During the car body repair I was kept informed of the progress of the repair by Lucy, who was friendly and polite. On completion of the repair, Lucy rang me to ask if it was convenient to return my car and collect the courtesy that same afternoon which it was. Curtis arrived promptly with my car and showed me the completed work which was very good as well as my car being washed, polished and valeted! I also enjoyed the complimentary tin of fruit sweets.!  P J Rhodes Ltd have helped me with two other jobs in the past which have also been excellent. They have very high standards both in their work and service. PJ Rhodes were involved as my car had been in an accident.   My insurance company put me in touch with them and I certainly dropped lucky.  The service was second to none with communication from them being excellent.   My car was repaired and returned in a decent amount of time and way above expectations. High wind took my drivers door and bent out of shape on the transit so my insurance company appointed these guys to carry out the repairs. Collected the van and returned it washed polished and looking like new. Very pleased with their service

Thank you to all at PJ Rhodes for repairing my car bumper immaculately, I was gutted when it was hit but over joyed with the repair from start to finish an amazing  service picked up and returned, valeted could not be happier Very nice courtesy car Kept informed ever step of the way and able to track. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with PJ Rhodes. I booked my car in for repair on the 9th December through my insurance, from which I received a conformation email. I had a confirmation phone call from PJ Rhodes and and  I sent photos of my car via WhatsApp to PJ Rhodes. However, when dropping the car in on 9th December they said they had no confirmation of my booking! I then couldn't book my car in until 10th January. Despite having the photos of the damage no pre-estimation of the car was done so the repair took 2 and a half weeks as they spent the first week ordering the parts which could have been ordered beforehand! Furthermore, I was not updated on the progress of my car once.  This company boasts of 'helping you throughout the process' yet I received no information about my car repair and I ended up having to call every time to know what was going on. The estimator called me the day my car was dropped in and told me he would call back to update with progress which he never did. I tried to call him but he avoided my calls and messages. The same thing happened with Robbie the man who I initially sent photos of my car to.  Furthermore, the car was returned with a minor dent in one of the side panels!!  Overall, I would avoid this company as they are very chaotic and disorganised. They do not keep you informed, there is serious disorganisation on an administrative level and they damaged my car! However,  I would like to extend my thanks to Marcus who picked up my car who was very kind and Kelly for her patience with my phone calls.
