An excellent experience at my local Halfords Centre, Sutton Coldfield Parade. Reception staff were very polite and courteous as usual. Very professional staff.

This was the first time I had used Halfords and it will not be the last. The team are very friendly and helpful. I had to have work completed on my car but this was carried out within a few days. No complaints and would recommend them to anyone as I was recommended to use them and have not been disappointed.

Great experience. Very friendly staff. Honest about what needs to be done to the car. The job done very well. Very happy with work carried out. I would surely go back if I have to.

Have used Halfords for many things and always found them professional and attentive however I took my car in for an MOT at Sutton Coldfield on Saturday and the person who was in reception has just a very poor attitude. As soon as I walked through the door he asked me are you the one who is late? Admittedly I was 3 minutes late. His customer service skills were awful and then 2 hours later when he called back (after advising it would be done within 1 hour) He advised my car had failed and do you want me to do the work today? After I looked at what the car failed on and then saw the list of other things he wanted to charge me for (recomended to be done and no advice that most of the list did not need to be done to pass the MOT) I declined and decided I would go elsewhere. I could have paid £200 more if I had gone ahead. Halfords need to look at how their customers are treated and if they think they dont need to break down their findings then they will loose valuable customers. It is a customer service based job and there was no effort by their employee to attempt to serve his customer
