The shop floor is well presented, being a Lloyds, they typically offer the usually weekly deals on fragrances, and generally have the best selection on mobility devices compared to other pharmacies. However, this place is clearly lacking in long-term staff. This leads to a lack of consistency at times. This has however been improved over recent months, with more consistent faces. Lloyds as a business is very target driven, and this comes across to the customer as you are pushed into taking medicine reviews of debatable usefulness, and signing up to their 'express service' which means the pharmacy will order your medicine for you, hence securing your business next month. The pharmacy can be very busy during peak times, and this has been exacerbated in my personal experience by delays caused by queries that should easily be answered.

Awful!!! Prescription never ready and the staff are rude... now we all go to Procters, such good service there. Avoid lloyds if u can. 😡

I concur with the other review. I asked my surgery to send a prescription here, 5 days later I went to collect it and they said there was no reference to it on there system. I politely asked the women if she would check downstairs as they claimed the last prescription was not on there system and then they found it!. This time the young women, with total arrogance and a complete contempt for me refused to look down stairs so I said I would contact my surgery and ensure they had sent it. The next day I went to my surgery who showed me the drivers signature for it having been sent to this pharmacy so i went back to Lloyds taking more time off work and she still refused to look down stairs, I then phoned my surgery whilst still being in the shop and managed to get the driver initials. When she recognised these she agreed to look downstairs and lo and behold she found it! She made no apology just saying "we found it" in the most arrogant way. I took time out of work on two ocassions to visit the chemist in order to collect this important prescription. Avoid this place if at all possible.
