I recently popped into Sussex beds to purchase a new bed for myself, I can not rate the service I received highly enough. I was greeted by Karen who’s knowledgeable and professionalism was outstanding, I felt right at ease straight away nothing was too much trouble. After trying sooo many beds I finally settled on the most softest, comforting mattress which I could of just fell asleep on. It was fantastic having a good selection of colours and headboards to choose from. I highly recommend anyone wanting a new bed to purchase from this company exceptional service.
The staff were helpful and friendly and delivered our new mattresses quickly. They also took our old mattress away, which was a great help Thank you.
We could not be more satisfied, the service was excellent, would recommend it to others and would shop at Sussex Beds again if needed.
We went in to have a look and Karen was so helpful and professional we decided to buy there and then. Can't rate the service high enough, we will happily recommend to anyone.
My partner and I recently bought a new mattress from an online company which just wasn't right for us! In desperate need of a decent sleep, we visited Sussex Beds in Tonbridge and were greeted by Karen who was friendly, fun and really helpful! She helped us decide and find what was right for us. Delivery was excellent and super quick; we definitely recommend Sussex Beds to others!

The first time i went there the girls in the Tpnbridge store really looked after me. On the second visit, the service and the smiles were still there in abundance, and they got me a great deal on the bedding as well!
Karren was amazing, very approachable and made us feel like she prioritised our needs above anything else. We felt very looked after.
Very courteous staff from the shop floor to the delivery men . When the order went a little wrong which dose happen you were quick to sort out.Thankyou Tonbridge branch.
From start to finish even changing our minds a few times until we got the bed we wanted the whole service in the Tonbridge store completely amazing thank you
