Helpful staff, good quality mattress. Only lost a star due to the high cost of the bed protector that you have to buy if you want to test the mattress and be able to return it if it isn't correct. However, the 0% finance is excellent as it allows for an investment into a really good quality mattress, something that people rarely do!

Good place to go to although staff don't leave you alone even when you tell them that you are only looking.

We didn't have a good experience here. I'm sure they must have good quality mattresses from what I've read, but me and my husband had really poor customer service. When you're spending a lot on a new mattress you expect some help from the staff to pick the right one etc. But we walked in, walked all around the shop for about 15 minutes and nobody even approached us. To be fair the one guy on the shop floor was with customers but the other man working, who was at the desk, seemed far too interested in his laptop to even look up, let alone ask if we needed any assistance. We just left after a while! I couldn't recommend it.

Friendly service from Ian, helping us to whittle down and then decide on the mattress that suited us best. Had a 15% discount running through July on mattresses.
