We found a problem with our back patio door on a Sunday. Sure Locks arrived within a hour and repaired the lock efficiently, with no call out charge. Excellent service we would definitely recommend and will use again.

My front door wouldn't lock, rang sure locks they arrived within 30 minutes. Replaced the part door now fits and locks better than before. Very nice friendly people, good price, I'm very happy with the job and would highly recommend them.

We had our UPVC patio door lock broken last night during an attempted burglary and after reporting to the police our next focus was getting an emergency locksmith to secure the property. Having dialled several "so called" 24 hour emergency locksmiths and it going to voicemail or ringing out we reached John a 01:30am. John came straight out to us, replaced the lock and handle and made our home safe again. Can't thank him enough. Professional, prompt and a real 24 hour emergency locksmith.
