Just had key safe fitted supra c500 by James. Brilliant just what we needed. Best key safe for family and emergancy services to use. Super safe guaranteed. Bang on time, speedy installation,  no mess, very polite and helpful. Job well done!

I wanted some original 1930s internal brass locks refurbishing including the old keys.  City Lock and Safe came highly recommended through word of mouth and after looking at the reviews I popped into their office on Buxton Road.  Extremely helpful staff and I George emailed me confirmation of my request and cost. Shortly afterwards, Scott came and removed all 4 locks.  Whilst they were being refurbished I was sent updates on the work and a couple of weeks later Scott and Andy came back to fit them.  All locks have been refurbished to a high standard and I now have sturdy handles with keys - and they look fantastic.  Throughout the whole process they have been professional, polite, paid attention to detail and there very high standard of work was value for money.  I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will be using them again.

I was recommended to the team via a colleague who highly recommended them. They are really professional and provided a great service. I received a clear quote beforehand, quick responses, a call on the way to the property that were all really helpful. You can also pay there and then via card or cash.  James was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned and left pristine. For the level of service and the peace of mind adding our new locks to the back door patios, i would 100% recommend them again and felt the cost was worth it.

City Lock and Safe were highly recommended to me and I can see why. My initial contact by email was responded to promptly & courteously and a convenient appointment soon booked. Scott was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful and he arrived on time, did an excellent job and left everything clean and tidy. I was particularly impressed and pleased that he managed to restore a lock which was over 80 years old which I had been told by other locksmiths was not repairable. The price was very reasonable for the time and expertise involved; it was also very convenient to be able to pay by card.

I am pleased with the service I received today.   Everyone is really friendly and helpful throughout the process.  I needed to copy a car key and found them on a quoting site.  Jake reached out to me and we discussed the process and price.  I am happy with the deal so I decided to go for it.  I drove there to have it done today.  Everything worked out as expected.  Even though you don't usually expect things could go wrong in such a straightforward but you never know.  Anyway, I am using the newly copied key instead of the original ones everyday now.  The only little thing I found a bit inconvenient is the parking.  The 3 tight parking slot are just right next to the main road with busy traffic.  Needed pay more attention.  But other than that, everything is cool.

A big thank you to James who replaced our broken lock on our front door, and we also asked him for a new lock on our rear door. Top quality service he arrived on time and carried out the work to a high standard, a really nice man, very pleasant who carries out his work with a smile. Broken key in lock, Scott came to fix it, by the time he left he had sorted out conservatory door that did not shut properly and put new locks on the front and rear doors. Excellent service, I phoned City Lock Safe obtained a quote, sent a photo of my window lock and an appointment was confirmed very quickly.   James  attended my home promptly and carried replaced the window handle and obtained the necessary parts without delay.  Very satisfied with the work and would recommend this company to anyone.

Our key had annoyingly snapped in our lock when arriving to our home. After a brief call with City Lock they had an engineer out within 30 minutes. James was knowledgeable and friendly with a fantastic skill set. Prices were more then reasonable especially for a weekend call out! I would recommend to anyone. Will 100% be in contact for other work down the line!

These guys are the best; they not only do a great job they do it with a reassuringly calm and professional manner which following our house being broken into and car theft was just what we needed. James and Scott both talked us through their recommendations and helped us feel more secure straight away. I couldn't recommend them highly enough - if you need trusted security experts call City Lock and Safe.
