I have been a customer of M40 Cars for 10+ years; in all of that time I have only ever experienced excellent service. When travelling from the US back to the UK I receive text messages prior to boarding the flight confirming the greeting driver's name and phone number - this is always reassuring. Drivers are all courteous, reliable, safe and professional. I have also used M40 Cars for non-airport transport and this has been similarly professional and slick. I do (and have) recommend unreservedly

I've been using M40 cars every week for years. From the moment you book your journey with them, you are guaranteed a first class professional service and made to feel like a VIP. They use brand new Mercedes that are clean and tidy and even have newspapers for you to read in the back while you travel in comfort and stress free. All the drivers are smart and wear suits and all have many years of experience. They check traffic to ensure you arrive in time at your destination in a safe and comfortable manner. Have recommended M40 Cars to family and work colleagues whom also agree they are the best company around. Keep up the good work.

I have owned M40 Cars for 28 years and have thousands of thank you e mails and cards and customer service is top of the agenda. We are so lucky to have amazing corporate and casual customers, I thank you all for the loyal custom. Mr Finch's review is his opinion. However if somebody does not pay their bill ignores phone calls and recorded mail is it surprising that he would not receive a service? I guess people will make what they will of his review. Awful experience using them. They take bookings then simply don't show up. I would definitely not recommend.

They have always got me to where I needed to go on time, in nice late model Mercedes, the drivers are always smart polite and knowledgable and most importantly prompt! I wish all services were this user friendly and reliable, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys!
