Super slow staff. Like watched the food sit there for 45 minutes and had to ask if it was ours. They seem to move at 1/4 speed.Food: 1/5
The food has improved recently, and assuming your looking for basic fast food it will do nicely. The prices are high for what you get, though, and the staff are neither friendly or prompt. Never particularly clean, either.Food: 4/5

The food is not bad, but the service is very frustrating, I want the company to approach its customers as quickly and organized as possible. We ordered and waited for our orders for 40 minutes, you know, this is a lot for fast food establishments... I hope that next time you will do your duties better.
Location is in the heart of Kilkenny city centre so parking can be an issue. Although there is ample paid parking around. Apart from that atmosphere is good, service was quite good and we were able to get seat although it is a small place. Overall the experience was quite good. Parking: There is multi storey paid parking nearby, less than 5 minutes walk. Which is very convenient.
Not great. The burger was of a different texture, as in rubbery. 3 of us ate beef burgers and 1 of the group was sick a short wile after they had eaten a chicken burger.Food: 1/5
Great food if you're looking for quick and handy while on the go. Definitely enjoy a chicken breast sandwich meal with dressed fries . So bad yet tastes so good. Food: 5/5
Their card machine wasn't working, waited for 10 minutes for the staff to get manager to fix it, it wasn't resolved and the manager showed animosity towards me. Told me I could have just paid with cash 10 minutes beforehand as she told me to just continue with card with attitude.Food: 3/5
Moira was so kind to all customers and her colleagues. She was so passionate about her job and delivering great customer service. Definitely will recommend! Kid-friendliness: Moira is the goat
DO NOT order food from here! We’ve ordered 3 times now and they’ve got it wrong every single time. We ordered again to give them the benefit of the doubt and it was wrong, we are CLEARLY stating on the order “No lettuce” but when we rang the woman on the phone, she was dog ignorant trying to turn the blame on us saying “The order never said no lettuce” we went back and checked the order and it did in fact say it. Not only was she dog ignorant but to then try turn it back on us for their mistake is very poor customer service and I nor anyone I’ve told this too will be ordering from here again, if your stuck for a supermac’s go to the one in spar at the callan roundabout, they have way better customer service and they actually READ the orders.
