Great service, they made sure I got all the information and advice I needed.  She was very thorough and helpful. The clinic was clean and had recently been refurbished. The injections were well administered.

"The small room at the back of the store was grubby, untidy and the floor was dirty. The Pharmacist's appearance was not as one would expect in a clinical environment. When we were given the injections, hands were very briefly washed , no antiseptic wipes were used after bare fingers were used to find the place to inject.  The used sharps were disposed correctly in a sharps bin, but all other waste was put back into the disposable kidney shaped grey cardboard dish, which was then emptied into a bin and wiped with bare fingers and put back on the cabinet to be reused!!  
This 'clinic' is used for every day inoculations for babies' and adults'  as well as travel vaccinations surely it should be more professional and clinical. The reason we did not walk out was that we were unable to book another appointment else where before we travelled."
