Results sent to the wrong GP practice in a different part of the town. Some humans are unreliable and mistakes do happen which is understandable but nonetheless devastating when the expense is that of patient confidentiality and health causing unnecessary delays in diagnosis and treatment.

Second visit to Inhealth Diagnostics via BUPA, front desk and Administration is an absolute shambles, so many mistakes and vital information missing from appointment advisory notice.
Overhead many other patients and callers having same issues whilst waiting in waiting area, surprising as there were four people working the reception area. Sick people need a smooth seamless system to make their appointments as least stressful as possible.
And then to get a call from Inhealth when we arrived home to say that more forms need to be signed and filled in is not our fault really, because you failed to do your job properly! Staff not rude just incompetent.
Very very poor and worrying.
