Got my suit cleaned there and found the sleeve buttons discoloured. They agreed to replace them for free, but put the wrong colour (glossy black instead of matte dark blue) and the cheapest they could find. They also replaced the ones that were ok! Never again.

Just went to put on a suit that I had cleaned there a few weeks before only to find a sizeable rip in the trousers, neatly safety pinned up by the staff for me.  Funny they neglected to mention it when I was collecting it....You have been advised.
