Friendly staff who are always helpful.Really clean and excellent sunbeds.

The environment is clean classically pretty. The music is load, very up beat for Downham. The receptionist was polite and friendly. I had a wax as a therapist myself the lady waxed me in every direction which can induce ingrown hairs. Unfortunately on this occasion it was not accurately done leaving me with excess hair and feeling rather sticky. Would I go again ?? Yes but I shouldn't have to advise a fellow therapist how to wax.

Been going here since forever now, love it, all the girls are lovely, shop is always clean and tidy and beds are great 👌🏼😎
