Absolutely love this place! Tracey always makes me feel welcome and relaxed - almost fell asleep during my last hollywood! I highly recommend sugaring over waxing, it is less painful and leaves my skin much softer and less damaged.

I've had sugaring twice by Tracy, she's very respectful and as gentle as she can be! Having sugaring by her is efficient and she is great at keeping conversation to keep your mind off the process and involving you as much as you'd like to. Tracy is very knowledgeable of the process, products and after-care. The sugaring itself is slightly painful dependant on your hair type, but appears to get easier as you continue to have it done every few weeks. Not as bad as you think it is! I really recommend her services :)
