Clean and just been painted, friendly Nexus bus station staff, coach holidays and a cracking coastline. Good selection of services to get about.
Very unusual staffing setup. Despite having many cleaners, the paving by McColl's shop leading to Greggs, is filthy with cigarette ends and broken glass fragments. Perhaps Lisa is too busy talking to the security guards when she should by cleaning? The bus drivers by Stagecoach and Go north east, are in Greggs and talking to the cleaners on a hourly basis every day. No wonder the buses are late! Very hand over fist, freind in glove.
Always tidy no rubbish flying around. Helpful staff. You can wait undercover for your bus. Good signage. A branch of Greggs on site.
A large bus station with the choice to go to multiple places thanks to all the transport options. They have a public toilet and a greggs on site. They also have a lounge area for coach pickups. Unfortunately it's a hangout spot for teenagers due to the Collage been located near by.
The bus station is at least modern and does the basics, with an electronic departure board to guide you to your bay and then another electronic departure board for each bay. But there's not much else. I was there for a National Express long-distance coach and that part of the station was signposted. Park Lane metro station is next door. Watch out that the departure board is by the main entrance, not by the metro entrance.

Just your typical bus interchange handy,clean easy to get to.
Transport hub. Buses are usually on time.
Cold and damp OK in the summer
