I am begging all of England, if you want to preserve your sanity, do not go into Park Lanes toilets. It is disgusting, the all forbidden fruit of Sunderland. I make no exaggeration when I say it is covered in feces. And the worst part is, it's happened several times.nnWhich one of you in Sunderland doesn't know how to aim at a toilet bowl?!nnA lady offered my a tissue when I witnessed whatever concoctions were brewing in that unholy room. A tissue wasn't going to fix that, it needs to be sealed in concrete. There are 20 diseases at least in there.nnI am begging the workers, nay, the owner of this station go do something about this. I would prefer to go to the restroom without fear.
Good place when it comes to busses and metros. Is a bit of a scruffy area but doesn’t affect transport or walking around in. There is also plenty of chairs when waiting around for busses.
Good location. Good facilities.
Offers some welcome shelter but could be better. Has free toilets. Greggs cafe on site. Handy interchange given Metro railway station is below bus terminal. Close to town and college.
