The restaurant can get quite cold, especially if you're sat near the door, so make sure you bring a coat or avoid those tables if you're a cold person. The service is efficient - all our three orders arrived within 15 minutes of ordering. There was also plenty of choice on where to sit, with very spaced out tables, so it felt very safe from a COVID-19 point of view.
Served raw waffle and refused to refund me when I complained. Said that’s “how they cook them” so they don’t overcook the bananas and the “Nutella”- which is melted chocolate. Won’t be going back.
The chicken fillet burger is excellent and has a reasonable price. The meal deal combo is also worthy to upgrade as the milkshake tastes good as well!
It was nice! We ordered the toffee fudge frenzy and the kinder bueno waffle along with a scoop of kinder bueno gelato. The portions are very big, so I think that the price is okay. The place looks pretty with the green neons, the pink and the red booths.
Came here quite a few times to hang out and enjoy some sweets. I think the menu and the ambience is average. The location is what makes it a convenient hang out spot. There’s a fair variety of ice cream selection too.
We have visited here a couple of times and everything we have had has always been good quality. Not had nicer ice cream anywhere else in Sheffield :

Never had such a huge 3 scoop ice cream. So many flavours to chose from and all delicious!

To be honest I didn't get the friendliest of welcomes its only the second time I've been in and had to ask for the doughnut . There was an offer on for a free doughnutnor cake with your tea or coffee so we wondered in as I'd waked down ftkn children's with my grandson. He did my coffee took my money and I waited for him to offer me my cake NOPE. It was quite embarrassing having to ask I had to recheck the poster in the window. He really wasn't bothered. Honestly it's no wonder the place the empty there were only some other people at another table in there. And here's me wanting a job. My customer service is far superior..but hey ho. I hope it gets better for you guys have a lively Xmas xx
