Excellent service! It was super easy and quick to order some cupcakes online as a birthday surprise for my friend. Beautiful and super delicious cupcakes, excellent packaging and presentation and quick delivery to my friend’s door. They even added customised edible toppers on top. I totally recommend Cupcake Time, and it will be my 1st option from now on for birthday surprises and events! Thank you :
Incredible cupcakes AND customer service!! I ordered cupcakes from Cupcake Time for a friend who was having a tough time. The order was fairly last-minute, but Jennie and Keith were very responsive and accommodating. I messed up a number on my friend’s address, so they initially weren’t able to deliver — however they called me, and my friend, and went back a second time at the end of the day to complete the delivery. I was so grateful, and the cupcakes were gorgeous! Highly recommend, and will absolutely be ordering from them again!
The order was delivered on time 9:30 in the morning for my daughter's Birthday at the nursery. It tasted amazing and they did exactly what i asked for Frozen theme . The only bakery in Sheffield that i found which delivers in the early morning so that's a bonus The prices are suitable for the product quality
