Its closed. Notice on the door suggest the Three Tuns brewery own and will refurbish pub soon. Locals think it will not open again.

We had a few pints from the local brewery, the three tuns: really good beer, indeed! Than we had beer battered fish and chips and the delicious roast beef: the best food ever ate in the UK! Simply delicious!

Nice peaceful pub serving fabulous Three Tuns brewery ales. Really enjoyed the XXX and returned for more a second night. Lovely log fires and friendly staff. Alas, no food when we visited hence only 4 stars.

Didn't stop there but visited as I was riding the Salop Sludger, friendly staff very welcoming .
