Excellent service 👍 highly recommend  this place to everyone. Very friendly and good staff. Best salon  in Chadwell Heath.

I love this place 👍.. very welcoming ... love all staff girls specially Sumera very professional .. I did my waxing very quick and clean set up I never seen in Chadwell Heath area.. recommend all ppl to come here .. 👍👍👍👍

I normally have good experience. But today I didn't. I went in for an eyebrow and upper lip thread. I found the lady extremely rude and ignorant. Wouldn't even give me a chance to speak. Every time I tried to put a word edge were she would just cut me off. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received today and will be making a formal complaint to the manager. What annoyed me the most is that she behaved in such way Infront of my child.
