Staff are always friendly and helpful and they have a really wide range of products, always get what I need at really reasonable prices and they have constant offers!

I have spent £300 on shopping, we been served very rudely.the staff was very rude, unfriendly and not helping at all. From their faces it seems they supposed to pay for our shopping.
It was raining outside we borrowed the shopping trolley and one of the staff start arguing that we have to hold the stuff of worth £300 in our hands to give them back the trolley while we were waiting for the cab. Highly unprofessional attitude. I am thinking to send their stuff back to the store and get the money back, as I can get the same stuff in more reasonable prices on my door step.
