Horrible place with rude staff!
I went there to get my 3D eyelashes removed. I have never experienced such unprofessional staff in my entire life. The beautican lady is quite nice but unfortunately didn’t know what to do so she asked the hairdresser (???) to help her out. Maria, I guess her name is, grabbed my head and ordered me in a very rude and loud way not to hold the mirror in my hand to see myself. Then with a piece of pad as hard as possible she pulled all my eyelashes out. Not just the fake ones but all my natural ones.
I was shocked and couldn’t stop crying for a whole day.
I had to pay £10 instead of £6 that we discussed before we started the procedure.
I felt I was in a slaughterhouse and not in a salon.

The best experience I have ever had. My short cut looks good even when overgrown. Can only recommend.

Owner is rude, not friendly and overall not very good service so cannot recommend.
