My local cafe used the Suki Teapot. And it was love from first sight. So glad they introduced me to Suki which finally fulfilled my aim of finding a small teapot fit for one/two people! I bought the gift set with the bamboo board, peppermint tea and Belfast Brew tea which is lovely within a few days and to be honest I couldn't be more impressed even the box has a nice design to it! Also very environmentally friendly with smart packaging to stop it breaking without blowing too much material!
Went to St Georges Market and bought Belfast Brew after tasting this smooth brew at various cafes in Bangor. I brought some back to Port Moody, Canada, for my students and they love it! By far the most popular tea in our sewing lounge! Thank you!
Loving these teas, the Belfast Brew and the Blue Flower Earl Grey are my absolute favourites. They also last longer in terms of having to re stock than your usual box of bags, and are much more developed in flavour. Highly recommended!
I have been buying suki tea for years. Had it at a local cafe, bought the teapot, tea tray and teas. Decided to treat myself to a subscription as it was my birthday last month. Paid for the first month, tea shipped mid Jan and then nothing. No tea received. Have now sent several emails, no reply and messaged them on facebook. Messages read but again nothing. Cancelled subscription and I am now very disappointed with their service. No response beyond automated emails/fb messages. Nothing to say they'll look into it, or send another box or any of the things you would expect in this situation. Just nothing. I am astounded by their lack of concern for their customers and I see from reviews on their site, that i am not alone in this issue. I know times are tough, but it's been 3 weeks since my first email, surely a response should of been possible by now?
Unbeatable Customer Service, Genuinely kind staff and Great Tea I was running late for a gift, turned up to the wrong place and rather than tell me to order online or send me somewhere else, the guy working there waited with me and sorted me out with what I was looking for- will definitely continue to use thier tea
Been using them for years. Green & Jasmine is delicious. Couldn't live without it now.
