Very poor service I wouldn't even give it a star.  I went with my elderly father for a new suit not only were they not willing to help but I found them extremely rude and arrogant.  We did find a suit but couldn't not get  the trouser size they wanted . We were told they could tailor them up but at a charge of £14.  Seems they were not bothered about assisting with a sale at all. If the manager is wondering why their sales are not great they should look at their staff.  Will not be recommending at all!!
