Utterly pathetic. Chaos in the store and left waiting for 20 mins for a pre paid item. Abysmal
Went in to order something using an online voucher, couldn't get it to work, Amy, one of the staff there was Brill, sorted us out no problem, wish more staff were like that! Thank you!

Had a few items over last few weeks and really pleased with service
Just collected some stock i orders online and the customer service was awfulnWent to the online desk and waited and waited, eventually I had to ask someone when she walked past me a few times and ignored me. She wasn't to chuffed I stopped her talking to a colleague, another guy was more interested painting a wall than serving a customer... Sorry will go back to using Amazon
