Lived in witney 2 years and can't believe have only just discovered this hidden gem! Having missed proper desi style Indian food I was so happy to finally find food that tasted as good as home cooked Indian food. We had chana masala, chicken staff curry, vegetable rice and garlic naan. Have been to shaan as we didn't know any other places and I find their food really sweet and nothing like traditional desi style food. Goodbye Shaan hello Raj!!! I would highly recommend this place and the dishes we ordered to anyone wanting proper Indian food.

Went there last night for the first time & won't be going back again. We had onion baji that wasn't cooked enough, duck tikka that was over cooked and thought was lamb. We ordered Raj of Bengal and they gave us king prawn Banarasi. The only thing that was really nice was the staff curry. Very pricey considering most of the meal was very poor & they gave didn't give us the correct main that we ordered. Very disappointed & dissatisfied as it's on our doorstep.

The best Indian in Witney. Excellent quality food nicely spiced and nice relaxed atmosphere. Deserts are very nice and coffee is perfect. Fully recommended. Take away is also really good.

Very nice food, king prawn banarsi was absolutely delicious, staff very polite and it was a really nice atmosphere
