Meatball marinara tasted superb, staff super friendly and helpful, seating is clean and comfortable.

Went on 25th November during Leyland Christmas Festival, disappointed to say the least. Ordered the children's meals and 3 cookies. Opened the bag to find 2 and a half. Not amused. They didn't even offer the other half of the cookie. 😠 Disgraceful. ..Won't cross their door again.

Such a disappointment, for such an expensive sandwich! I got a bmt all the meat was in the middle of the sandwich the ends were left dry and empty. I like lots of pickles and sauce, I got 6 pickles and a dribble of sauce on the whole sub! The last time I went to this branch I asked for a decent amount of sauce and the girl serving squirted a line down the middle, when I asked for a bit more she then drenched the sandwich so it was bearly eddible and fell apart when I tried picking it up. It seems like it's too much trouble for the staff to do the job they've applied to do. If they are not happy earning money making a simple sandwich then let someone else have a go! This branch has now lost my custom!
