Where do you want me to begin with this dirty dump place. The 2 white male staff are rude obnoxious & scruffy & took my wrong order, didn't realised until back at work. One kf them even wiped hs nose with his gloves, and had to ask him to wash his hands and change his gloves. On top of that got charged extra 50p for a foot long, didnt ordered a meal deal. When I complained through website it took a few days for a so-called manager to phone me, & he was rude, kept texting me, never introduced himself, only "are you free to talk"? When I questioned who he was, replied was " manager here from subway, can you talk?" Trust me this place just doesn't need a makeover need staff are can talk to you, greed you, customer service training, dont get duped by its bogus friendly staff adverts. Avoid this place.

The food was good as all subways are but the place needs a makeover..it's very dull and definitely need brightening up

I couldn't be more let down! The two chaps working behind the counter were in between badly hungover and looking like they were on community service! I've never waited so long for a sandwich at any subway ever before (I've been in my fair share of subways) it was literally ridiculous! The chap on the till looked like he had lost the very will to live! By the time I got my food and my girlfriend got her's (a meatball and a chicken tikka) it was cold to the touch and the meatballs had gone hard, he couldn't even make a brew without dropping the milk, what a bad do. Never again.

Disgusting dirty place only 2 staff on other on a brake Evan though long line of people slow service had to walk out ofter seeing my sandwich sat on side 5 mins after coming out of toster why the girl testing did not use her common sense and help the realy slow guy on the salad bit poor poor service can't believe staff on brake wen so busy you take your brake when it's quite I would of thought can only mean poor management dirty rest room needs inspecting this

Over the past months I have had excellent service with a variety of foods along with the offer of a bottle of fruit juice at a reduced price
