Clean with Friendly 'human' staff - Quite often with fast food chains you notice staff members have that 'dead eye, glazed-over stare' look about them. They look at you with a fake smile and seem to be looking 'through' you rather than 'at' you. I guess it's understandable as you'd probably do the same if you had to ask the same questions over and over again to 'hangry' customers for hours on end. I would probably hate the human race a lot more if i worked in such a repetitive job. Well the thing is this Subway is most certainly NOT like that. The girls that work there are very upbeat, friendly and quite often locked in some heated debate about why dogs are better than cats for example. They'll even ask you the surprisingly rare question 'How are you?' This very human approach to their customer service is quite refreshing and I look forward to my breakfast sub because of this. Fast food chains need more staff members like you. - Thank you

The place is useless. They only had 1 type of bread available, no ham or meatballs and the staff did not seem to care!!! I cannot believe that a subway that offers 6 types of bread.

I wasn't overwhelmed by my sub the few times I tried it kinda flavourless and rubbery now I just avoid it others seem OK with it but me personally not keen but staff seem mostly cheery

THIS IS THE WORST SUBWAY ME AND MY FAMILY HAS EVER BEEN TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS THE BREAD IS STAIL BAD THE TOMATOES AND CUCUMBERS HAVE BEEN BAD IVE GIVEN THIS SUBWAY 3 CHANCES AND ALL BEEN BAD THE LAST TIME THEY REFUSED TO DO ME A FRESH ONE AFTER TAKEN ROLL BACK AND REFUSED REFUND BECAUSE IT WAS LONGER THEN HALF HOUR I COMPLAINED TO HEAD OFFICE AND THEY TOLD THE OWNER AND I STILL DIDINT GET A REFUND THE FOOD HAD TO BE THROWN AWAY WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY THE STAFF ALSO HAVE ATTITUDE I REPEAT AGAIN DO NOT USE !STAY CLEAR DANGER!!!!!!!!!

Subway customer appreciation day was today which offered a free 6 inch sub to anyone that bought a drink. We arrived at Swanley subway to be greeted by two young girls muttering under their breath to each other about how we left the door open and how lazy we were for not closing it. We then found that it was only certain branches that were offering that deal. These girls didn't have a clue about customer service as after being told 'NO' for the deal they decided to just walk away and not even offer any help in deciding what to pick. We were then very annoyed and walked out, 'closing the door' on our way out.
