Absolute shi*test KFC ever. Drive a bit further and go to the one in sidcup! Just waited about 20 mins for food, to be given a box meal in a box ripped all down the side to then have to ask for a new bag and upon taking my meal out half of it fell out the box cos they're too f*****g lazy to shut them. Waitied for anither burger to get home and the foods f*****g cold anyway!!! The staff are morons and were all arguing between themselves. So professional. The only saviour they have is the small Indian lady is actually quite helpful and a young white girl who was clearly apologising out of embarrassment! Avoid and go elsewhere.. or maybe stick to McDonald's! Swanleys manager should be ashamed.

Ordered food got home Chicken had fluff on and chips we're cold also staff really have no clue about customer service

Waits here can be a while for queueing and getting food it isn't always as crispy as itshould be either
