Everytime i have been to the subway in the pentagon they are always polite and efficient and will always make sure it is to how you like. Today was first time ordering and with delivary its always a risk where ever you order from but when my food came on my chicken salad box they wrote a message apologising for no spinach and that they added extra lettuce and to enjoy. Most places wouldnt bother explaining or replacing and when i opened my salad box it was packed unlike boxes iv had before where half is empty subway pentagon chatham deserve the 5 stars as tgey have never let me or my kids down
The Chatham subway is by far the worst I've used. The staff are always miserable and rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Ordered a foot long tuna sub on my last visit and what I received was rubbish. The didn't even spread the tuna out I just had clumps here and there. Ridiculously skimpy on the salads too. Given them enough chances now and won't be going back. Gillingham highstreet subway isn't any better either so I think the poor service isn't just the Chatham one. Sorry subway but you've lost a loyal customer. Given it a generous 2 starts because it wasn't always as bad as it's become.
it's such a shame, I love the food at subway but I have always had awful service and no one has ever picked up the phone when I call. I don't think any subway in Medway that I have been to has had good service and it's really a shame.
Exactly what you can expect from a modern subway, also having great service and enough staff. Kept clean and tidy throughout and well lit. However by design this store will get crowded and the seating is minimal in comparison to other stores.
The staff here are really nice and very helpful as well as fast and efficient. Subway always gets my vote for nice food and fast over other fast food places that are immensely worse for your health
Food was nice, as was service. Lack of seating is very disappointing - there are only 2 tables or high stools.
Most unengaging staff I've had the misfortune to be reluctantly served by. Half the food options missing. Lousy attitude. Never will I go again.
the old dear named carol that works here dont know here arse from her head ! i must have repeated my order several times before she got it right then she told me i can only have 3 items of salad on my 12inch as it was a "mega melt" . bizzare !
It was very busy, staff doesn't seem to listen or ask if you want fried egg. I asked for Christmas wrap & got roast chicken salad wrap.
