Me and my family used to love this place and we always thought that the food was lovely. But recently whenever we tried to order they wouldn’t be working or answering, or they kept declining our orders. Previously we never had issues with them apart from long delivery time. However, thanks to them today we discovered China Spice as a our new favourite place to eat this sort of food, the dishes may be a little bit more expensive but they were absolutely amazing and everyone loved what they ordered. The amount of chicken and prawns they put into each box is worth the money and is more than on Ken’s Garden. All I want to say this place was great until it lasted, we tried to order from them multiple times and it didn’t work out so we just decided to try a new place which we loved even more than this place. So want to say again another thank you for cancelling our order and making us try something new, that was great.
Finally, we have found a Chinese that delivers delicious, freshly cooked, tasty food every time! Would highly recommend
Zero stars. Cancelled my order for no reason, even though I am within the area they claim to deliver to.
Not brilliant, it was average/OK. Would not recommend and will not be using this place again
By far the best Chinese takeaway I have ever tried. Due to my serious food allergies, I can sometimes come across very picky when placing my order, but not only were the staff extremely patient with me on the phone, the chef also accommodated with my many requests.... the meal was amazing! I will be ordering from them again for sure.

Absolutely hands down the best chinese takeaway in medway. Food always arrives hot, vegetables are fresh and crisp, the meat actually looks and taste like it should and it is not overly salty or msg'd. Highly recommend the steamed pork buns, the house special udon noodles and the satay beef. Sooooooo good!!
Very generous portions full of flavour simply the best Chinese around.

Walked in. The man was off hand and rude. Said he was busy and I’d have to wait half an hour or more, I walked out and won’t be back. Even if he’d been polite I’d be ok but he was pretty rude,
