Subway

Queued for 40min to order 2 sandwiches. I collected mine and paid for both. Decided to dine in and managed to eat a foot long before my partner got hers10min wait. This sandwich had to be made 3 times. We decided to take this sandwich out to eat in the car. She had to have hearty intalian instead of herbs and cheese due to them running out after burning the previous 2 sandwiches. Food wise, my sandwich was good, hers was really crispy.

Ordered on justest. When the order came, it was wrong. I’d paid for extras all of them missing, salad items missing. Rang them, asked to take them back. Tok the receipt down, the manager made them again. Got home and the extras were missing on both subs again. The staff should pay attention to what they’re doing. These subs aren’t cheap, keep getting them wrong is ridiculous

A realy courteous man served me yesterday, the food was realy fresh so I walked out happy. The last time I visited which was last year I wasn't too happy though as a new girl was being trained up I presume, working there, I dont want to be mean but she was very overweight and every time she leant over to get toppings her belly was pressing into my sandwhich so I was appalled, also I orderd vegetarian and she was using the same gloves she had used to touch meat for previous customer. I didnt have it in me to say anything that day so just walked out after paying and didn't eat my food. Nice to see they have different staff yesterday who understand cross contamination!

May be clean and polite customer service but tight on fillings. Got a BMT and asked for all salad with southwest, hardly any salad added, even when asking for extra on some. Very little sauce, and when sub was folded it tore in half so wasn't exactly folded more like stacked. Can't even cut in HALF, good job wasn't sharing. Also was only me being served and was way too rushed which obviously didn't help. I've seen Milad Sub videos on YouTube so know how much salad and sauces is minimal. Prices gone up, quality gone down. The manager here don't know if he still is the manager was always the best, could stack and still fold without tearing the bread. If you're gonna charge alot more then put time and effort into actually making a good sub. May as well go to Asda and but their baguettes and meats/salad and make my own, messy but that's what yours are ATM. Unfortunately because of the lack of salad and sauce all I could taste was the meat and cheese. Won't be going again anytime soon unless I hear they have better Subway makers.

1 April 17:30 Less than impressed by the service. Order pre-paid online for collection. Arrived in the shop 17:28. One apparent flexi-barrier queue for both sales and order collections, no other collection point signage so I joined the queue. Four staff behind the counter. One guy on the till very talkative was in a world of his own. Two attending one family of two adults two children for 12 minutes. Last person looking busy working on an order. Shop busy and filling. No interaction with those queuing beyond this family. My order had been sat going cold next to the guy on the till 7 meters away! They must have know it was waiting for collection! Food cold by the time it was picked up and drove home. Food quality OK.Very little meat in the Steak and Cheese. Not exactly living up to "Eat Fresh". I will try elsewhere next time.

Great way to travel, no traffic and it's underground!

Ordered footlong large meal with double meat, steak and cheese. Didn't receive any meat in my sandwich, I didn't receive the packet of crisps that was supposed to come with my meal, it cost me around £20 with delivery included. Absolutely waste and would not recommend, least not on a Friday night.
