If you struggle to find a big size suit like I did then please try suave owl. Great staff! Super friendly! You never get pushed into buying anything. Amazing service and Great prices for great suits. Will recommend them 100%
Suave Owl has restored my faith in Bath Shopping. I confess to walking past it a few times as the window display is very uninspiring and put me off from going in. Thanks to a hefty rain shower I went in. The inside of the shop could not be more different than the outside. It's wonderful! such a fantastically curated collection of both smart and casual clothing. The sales assistant, Gary I believe, was another reason for giving a 5 star review. He knew my size, despite me thinking otherwise :-, he picked out suits, trousers and waistcoats, all which I purchased. Thank you !
I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to Anna from Suave Owl. You made an exchange of trousers via the post super easy and it was a slight worry for me as it is for a wedding and I was nervous I might be left trouser-less! I needn't have worried, you are brilliant Anna and an asset to your company. Thank you so much!
Nothing to say other than the service was amazing and suits were good value and quality. Gary was just wonderful helping our very loud grooms party get the correct fitting suits brining lots of different option to the changing rooms to try on. We just happened to visit here by chance after a dismissal experience at Moss Bros Glad we found this store and that they got our business instead, will definitely return and recommend to our friends.
The complete suit shopping experience I was looking for. Such a great customer service, very attentive and knew my sizes. Can’t recommend this place enough.
The most unhelpful and uninterested staff, visited when the boss wasn't there and maybe we would have had a completely different experience, which should never be the case. Following on from your reply we did not return to make a purchase from your store, we travelled to a stockist much much further away to purchase them. They received my order of just over £1000 on the suits.
Silly prices for cheaply made in china clothing, don't let the suited up staff and fancy decor fool you!
Really great service. Staff attentive, the young girl in particular. You made 2wonen in a men's clothing shop comfortable. I'd love to see more women's clothing in the future. I expect we will be back. Great size options available on all items. Great to see you don't just offer small sizes!!
Called in today as I needed a tie to complinent a suit, all I can say a wonderful selection of ties, assisted by the manager Anna, nothing was to much trouble, really helpful - would certainly recommend this shop, will definitely come back
Jess provided our 8 strong Groomsmen group with exceptional service. Everything was organised perfectly, the beers were amazing, the suits were fantastic, and Jess was an excellent host throughout. Would highly recommend this place for a Groom and his Groomsmen to use the private fitting room with stocked bar!! Great experience
