Once you become a customer of Steve’s at the Keynsham Hearing Centre you will never go elsewhere. From initial consultation, through to provision of my superb hearing aids which I have now worn for over a year, Steve explains in detail each step of the process, costs and timescales. Steve takes enormous care to ensure you leave as a happy customer. Absolutely fantastic, highly professional service.
Brilliant service. My partner told me I'm going deaf but Steve's tests diagnosed that my brain was not listening to her. So I don't need an expensive hearing aid, I just need to pay more attention and use the money to buy her flowers frequently.
Amazing service and so friendly. I have had problems with my ears since I can remember and after having the microsuction Steve managed to tell me what doctors couldn't. That I still had some inflammatory in my right ear from where I had infection not that long ago. The removal itself was painless and more relaxing than I thought it would be. Will definitely go back again for another checkup in a couple of years.
I had micro suction done on 31 March to clean my ears after an ear infection. It was pain free & Steve put me at ease by explaining what the procedure involved. I am so grateful I can finally hear properly again. Excellent service, would highly recommend this company. Very grateful they were able to see me at such short notice.
Lovely, caring and professional business - the best there is. I can't imagine ever wanting to book in elsewhere for my earwax removal.
Returning customer. Always professional and friendly husband and wife team. The only sensible, safe and up to date way to have ear wax removed.
