Ordered about 2 weeks ago. Told it was in stock. Never heard back contacted them last week and was told the item would be with me Tuesday or Wednesday this week. Called today( Saturday ) and now told out of stock for 1 month. Needless to say i asked for refund. Communication is very poor.......

Horrendous company. Advertise stock that is NOT in fact available, take your money and tell you its out of stock AFTER they have taken your money. Communication slow and lacking, took so long to refund that I then could not order from another store as during the time lapse the item went out of stock on that site. I do not want to give them any stars but have to in order to post this review. AVOID!!!!!!!

Devastating experience. After waiting in for my delivery for two days and the driver not turning up but saying I wasn't in I asked for my order to be returned and refunded as I was fed up. Baby & Co rang me and told me I was a liar and the driver did try and deliver (I can tell you he didn't I'm heavily pregnant and not going anywhere) they then went on to say I would he charged for the return. I'm now sat at home crying because the rude staff made me feel like I had done something wrong when all I did was wait for my delivery. I can't wait in anymore my baby could come at any point so there was no over option for me but to ask for it to be sent back. I don't think I should be charged because other people haven't done there job properly. I'm so upset by this experience.

Extremely helpful, good advice, fast ordering service. Went out of their way to find us a baby car seat solution.
