Love this place and have been  very happy with customer service and care.  Great furniture and delivered in good time.  Usually a two week turnaround. Will be back!

We took delivery of some oak furniture today & we are delighted with it! The staff in both the showroom and the delivery men were great  & so helpful. We highly recommend Style House & will definitely shop there again in the future. Many thanks.

Very poor customer service - Item ordered in April with an expected delivery date of mid June.   I finally received the item in September after involving the manager.  Regular updates would have helped but there was no communication or explanations given.  Distressed when stalked and subjected to a tirade of abuse from the female Sales Assistant in a busy supermarket on Christmas Eve.
