Very helpful and professional staff. Variety of carpet in the showroom was great. Quality of the carpet we selected was lovely and the fitters did a superb job, they were very clean and quick. We also had our bathroom redone. It was super easy to go through everything and make decisions with the help of the staff. High recommend.

Cosi Living team did a great job of helping me renovate my house. This included designing and installing a new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring for the property. The team is very creative in suggesting in new ideas to create world class kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. The installation process was timely and very smooth too. The team is also always responsive and available to provide post installation support.  I highly recommend Cosi Living to everyone.

I started using Cosi Carpets back in 2007 and very regularly since for my carpets and have always been given the best, professional and amazing service by Binda who looks after the carpet division. It was Binda's whole persona and demeanor that wanted me to buy from him. He and his carpets/service were impeccable and exquisite that I recommended him to all my family, friends and business associates who now also use Cosi. A truly humble and kind person.  So it is great to see the business now expand to include bathrooms, kitchens, blinds, tiles etc.  I have not used the kitchens element as of yet but have recently just purchased a bathroom which is led by Harman. A real genuine, humble and knowledgeable person who really went out of his way to not only supply us the best bathroom at a very competitive price but he really went above and beyond and helped us draw the plans for the bathroom which wasn't his job to, but he still did it out of pure kindness and customer service.  On one occasion there was a slight issue, this was rectified immediately within 24 hours.  Working alongside Harman and Binda are the most amazing team including Cash and Amol and every single person makes their effort to say hello and welcomes you in the showroom which is amazing you have to just go and see it.  This really is a well run business who only supply excellent reliable sturdy products. They are passionate about providing quality over quantity. We have just purchased a new bathroom and certainly whenever I am in market for a new bathroom/carpet for my BTL properties, Cosi Living is the only place I would go to. Super company with very kind, knowledgeable and attentive staff.  They also have a separate business Trade Point which supplies generic bathroom/plumbing bits and pieces, again very well run.  True hats off to the whole of Cosi Living team! They are reliable, contactable, return calls when they say they will and most importantly they deliver on customer service and excellent products. Big Thanks to Amol and Harman for helping us refurb our house from top to bottom, these guys were always available and any issues we had they fixed straight away. The teams that did the job, especially the builders were brilliant and everyone was very friendly. Would recommend these guys to anyone. Great Service all round.

I was one of the first people to purchase my Kitchen through Cosi Living - I’m glad I made the right choice as this was for my own home! Professional stuff & great design team. Went to Cosi Kitchens for a quote, spent over an hour going through a sketch and was told I would hear back with a design/quote. To date no one has called, felt like they don't want my business, ended up going to another kitchen supplier who gave an amazing service.

The folks at Cosi are extremely professional and friendly. Gurj at Cosi living helped us with our renovation work. The command he had on his work was exceptional and his customer service was second to none. His insights guided us to the perfect blend of class & style for the space we had. Even after sales support was outstanding, with regular communication during and after completion.

Amol and Kayleigh were great in helping with the kitchen design giving ideas and inspiration. They were not pushy like so other well known retailers and were very customer centric. We did have some issues along the way however they were always at hand to sort these out and I would definitely recommend giving them the opportunity to wow you.

We purchased our amazing kitchen,  bathrooms & were put in contact with their wardrobe designer. An absolutely fantastic service from the designing/planning stage to the end result. All the Cosi team are very helpful & professional. Would def recommend them to all our family & friends. Thanks Cosi team!
