I accompanied my Partner to the appointments on numerous occasions , and I was shocked of the lack of empathy shown by the GP she was dismissive, patronising and arrogant not caring st all. Unprofessional to let a patient leave in pain and distressed .

I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to the wonderful care I received at your surgery on Wednesday Sept: 28th... I was suffering from Asthma, pretty bad, The following morning I was due to depart on a long drive across Europe, thanks to the incredible care, I was able to go ahead, & continued to improve health wise with every mile of my journey.. A mere thank you dosen't seem enough, for the warmth with which I was treated by Both the lovely Lady on the reception & the Doctor... THANK YOU !!!! Thank you doesn't seem enough to tell you how much I appreciated
