I've been going to All Levels Pole classes at this studio for a couple of months now, and I find the teachers to be super friendly and helpful, and they always push me to do my best. I sometimes have trouble with mind over matter and the instructors always support me and encourage me patiently. I am glad I found this studio and the community that goes with it too! The classes are fun and suited well to all kinds of skills and levels of pole, and I would and actually have recommend this studio to others.
I have recently started at studio stellar and can already say that the classes are far better than any other pole fitness classes I have been to! It’s always daunting starting new groups, especially when you attend by yourself, but all of the instructors make everyone feel welcome and at ease. Paul in particular has been amazing, he’s taught me so much already and is so supportive and fun to be around, the classes are never boring. During classes the pole is often shared between 2+ people which for me personally is ideal. This gives me chance to rest as it can become tiring quickly, and the chance to socialise and get to know everyone. Definitely would recommend!
Took my first pole class with Studio Stellar a year and a half ago and never looked back! The studio has such an encouraging atmosphere and friendly people, it's a great alternative way to workout and improve your strength. I never felt better about my body and I never looked better. It can be a bit daunting to start in the beginning because the classes are set up for polers with mixed abilities, but that only inspired me to one day be as good as the students that were spinning upside down! Great and friendly instructors that tailor each class to your ability and your progress is visible as you're able to do more moves on the pole. Cannot recommend this place enough!
Love this place! The instructor Paul is very nice and lovely. I came to this studio after I moved to Birmingham and I have a really good time there! The class is well organized and with high quality also very enjoyable. His tricks are super great and his pole level is def elite! With his help I ve achieved so many moves that on my wish list and I am very happy with my pole progress. He also helped me with my competitions training. He is very patient with students and very good at inspiring them. Also the poles there are really new and solid. The room is big and tidy, which looks really nice in photos and videos. The atmosphere are quite warm and make you feel welcome. People are very friendly and support each other. In a word, I recommend this studio for all levels ppl. It wont let you down!
The pole classes at Stellar are welcoming, fun and really well taught. Paul knows all of his students and their levels and is encouraging and supportive in helping each person at whatever stage. The community he has fostered is caring and positive. This studio is perfect place to start out or to come back to pole <3.
Been coming here for almost 3 years and it's everything you'd want from a pole studio. Incredibly talented and supportive instructors, fantastic friendly community environment and highly motivating classes. I started coming here with barely any fitness background and no dance background and I've been challenged and supported from day one. Would highly recommend for any ability level - there's something for everyone here!
Advertised as suitable for beginners but it really isn’t. If you don’t have any upper body strength you’ll be limited in what you can do. My friend and I were keen to learn hoop and trapeze but when it became clear we didn’t have the arm strength the instructor didn’t offer any advice how to build it or improve our skill other than leaving us to keep trying a move we couldn’t do. The classes are too full for the amount of equipment so there’s a lot of waiting for taking turns and wasted time. Using the hoops and trapeze is fun and a new thing to try though.
Been to this particular studio for the first time tonight, the instructor was lovely and the class is perfectly catered to whatever ability you may be at as there are progressions for each movement provided so you can push yourself further when ready! highly recommend this place will continue to come!:
There were 8 people for 4 poles. It would've been fair if 2 people shared 1 pole even though it's questionable. But trainer decided that most experienced girl should have 1 pole to herself and 3 beginners share 1 pole. Considering we paid the same amount of money for an hour, she got the whole hour to practice, while I got hardy 20 minutes in total.
Booked a class, turned up on the day and waited over half an hour, locked out of the building. The instructor didn't show up, or let us know he wasn't coming. I have emailed and messaged their Facebook page for a refund and they've not come back to me - Avoid!
