I have been a patient here for a year now. Both doctors are great and have really helped me. The receptionists great, the nurse great and the pharmacist is brilliant. There were very inappropriate receptionists but they have now gone.
Very bad practice, they never get your prescription ready on time. You always have to chase for over a week. NHS needs to investigate this health centre. Very unprofessional and not helpful. I will find a new GP soon.
Tried to call GP after 6:30pm because when I called earlier no one picked, I called at 7pm because that's when it says the GP is open and when I called it said it was closed! Now I look at the times and the times have completely changed. Very confusing and poor service. Now I have to wait another whole day to call. Please clarify on when the GP is actually open.
The receptionist is just rude and treats you like you are ruining her day with your presence and won't give out full information. Practice manager just ignores complaints and either is never there or doesn't answer emails. Some doctors are not bad but others are kinda on the same attitude. If you are considering registering here, please don't.
Worst ever, no one answers the phone, if they do the put the phone down, after an unhelpful message with than another message that says extension not valid. Its a joke!!!! I WANT PRIVATE LIKE IN AMERICA SO I CAN GET A GOOD SERVICE FOR THE MONEY

Terrible customer service skills is clearly a requirement to run the desk at this surgery. You wait several days to get through and then when you do they act like you're causing a nuisance by needing their assistance. If it were possible to give them a minus rating I would. Some good doctors but hardly any access to them and you have to endure the utterly vile attitude of reception to get any. Go elsewhere
This has to be THE WORST Health Clinic in the UK! If I could provide 5 negative stars I would. After 3 years of average service, I recently made the wise decision to finally register elsewhere, and I advise other patients to do the same. Aside from the rude staff at reception, the clinic overall is a downright disgrace. I have sat in a clinic room where half the floor looked like it had been drilled up. I have had a trainee doctor tell me they are unsure what to do when I have explained I am unwell, and finally for the finale, the clinic lost 4 of my stool samples along with 4 vials of blood. When I asked why I had not received the results of my samples, I was told "You didn't provide samples".......pretty sure I wouldn't forget someone taking that much blood or having to hand over stool samples to reception. As someone who works in a very customer focused industry hospitality I feel that I can judge your lack of service. I do however feel, that even after you read my review nothing will change.
Do NOT register with this Health Centre! I had an Xray done 5 weeks ago - called 5 times during that time, 3 differet members of staff said they will chase the xray with the hospital. Called once more today, the secretary picked up and said no requests were made to the hospital in the last 4 weeks. Apalling, disgusting even and totally unprofessional.
The laziest creatures on the planet. Here, in order to be able to contact my GP, I will have to ask the army for assistance. Especially since they launched the plan for this coronavirus genocide, the army is unlikely to pay any attention to me.
