There was a man wearing black glasses in the ticket office, who was very rude to me when I asked some questions. When l talked with him, he had no eye contact and gave me a feeling that he didn't want to listen at all. He also threw the tickets out to me!! Just want to say to him "you should not do your job like that!" Also, want to ask company site, is there a basic customer service training for your employees?

The Man wearing glasses in the ticket office is very agressive rude and nasty often swearing at customers... Update 26,4,18. Today 2 trains where cancelled I asked the above person if there where any more trains this evening for me to get home he replied that it wasint his problem no apology about the cancelled trains i will be reporting him to head office as other unhappy customers should do so also

Always trains on time and cafe really good quality for a station. Serves hot food & drinks as well as cold food and drinks.

Could do with more than one self-service ticket machine, but other than that I can't complain. Only a two minute walk from the town centre which is also quite handy. Just wish there were quicker train services heading south towards Bristol. You always have to change trains at either Gloucester, Cheltenham or Swindon as there isn't a direct route, but that's not the station's fault.

Called into station to renew a railcard and buy some tickets, I feel that the person serving me had never had any customer service training or if he has he certainly hasn't learned anything from it! He was rude, made no eye contact and made me feel that I was being a nuisance. I would have completed the purchase online but as the ticket machine was out of order it wouldn't have been possible to pick up my tickets. A shame really as normally staff are helpful.
