This Railway Station is basic and lacks modern amenities. There’s minimal seating, poor shelter on the platforms, and no on-site cafe or shops. The ticket machines can be confusing, and staff are rarely available. While trains are generally on time, the station feels outdated and could use significant upgrades for a more comfortable experience.

Charming staff and they couldn't be more helpful. Happy to plan journeys and print out itineraries. Nice plants and glorious view while you wait for the London train. Waiting room could do with an update but it's comfy. Too modern wouldn't match the feel. Cafe is open at weekends but less so in the week and mostly in rush hour. Good coffee, bacon rolls and croissants.

The scenery alone around this station is worth the five stars alone,not forgetting to mention as it’s So closely located to the high street with your local shops where you can go for a short walk as you wait on your train.

Actually quite a nice station with a cafe, vending machines; much better than Cam & Dursley though on the line to London not Bristol

Staff very pleasant , very helpful, everything is clean compared to other stations, trains into and out of Paddington v good. GWR still so much better than most other service providers.  yes I know it has its faults but god other companies can be much much worse.
